A flexible office for teams: team days that get results. In Anzures.

Español · English

Your team delivers, and the days working from home get the job done. The problem shows up when you need to bring people together or give them a place to focus: there’s no clear base, so the day ends up in someone’s living room, a café, or an office floor that feels borrowed.

FPX Business Club is an on-demand professional space in Anzures. Flexible spaces. Private offices, meeting rooms, semi-private booths and desks in the same building, across three different environments, and you decide which ones fit your team’s pace. It works for the days when everyone comes together, and just as well for the Tuesdays when only you need somewhere to focus.

Our TEN membership for teams grants access starting at three people and includes a flexible monthly credit pool. All our flexible memberships return 100% in credits and provide daily perks, like unlimited basic drinks and booking up to two months ahead, plus 50% off on space use. Add more members as your team grows.

Tell us about your team and we’ll put together a quote in under 24 hours, based on the days you’ll actually use.

The Tuesday everyone showed up and nothing moved forward

You called the meeting and everyone showed up. The first half hour went into deciding where to sit. Two calls ended up at the same table; the client arrived and there was no serious space to receive them; whoever needed quiet put their headphones on.

Everyone was there. The day didn’t move forward. The problem wasn’t just the noise level — it was mismatched tasks sharing the same square footage, with no place to focus, talk, or receive someone in private.

At FPX, everything has its own space. Focus on the second floor, which is the quietest. Collaboration on the first. One-on-one conversations, in semi-private booths. The client, in a meeting room or an office. The day gets more done when there’s less friction.

A team’s week doesn’t fit into one type of space

When a team splits its week between remote and in-person days, what it needs is different kinds of space in that same week — for focus and for collaboration — not more fixed desks. A scheduled team meeting doesn’t cover that week on its own: you also need the two- or three-person conversations, the informal chats, and the confidential ones that don’t call for a full boardroom.

That’s what you can book here. Start with the day offices: private spaces for team work or for hosting someone, with no friction. Then choose the room based on the meeting: Antwerp when the conversation is serious and you want to walk in prepared, Hasselt Flex for a longer session with a bigger audience, or one of our offices for brainstorming and planning, when the idea is still coming together. Take the flipboard with you if the work moves between rooms.

For solo work we have desks and ten semi-private booths: wide desks, ergonomic seating, acoustic treatment and room for 2 to 4 people. There are also four individual phone booths for the call you don’t want happening at the shared table.

Variety only counts if the space is ready when you call the meeting. TEN members can book up to two months ahead, one day a week, by the hour or by the single day, and plan the week before it starts.

The floor the company keeps for just a few days

Your company might already have a floor. The question isn’t whether it exists — it’s how much of it actually gets used.

CBRE’s Global Workplace & Occupancy Insights 2026 series reports that average global office utilization reached 53% in 2025. On average, offices are operating at a little over half their capacity. A flexible office changes that dynamic: you and your team book the days you’re actually coming in and activate whatever type of space the agenda calls for, without carrying extra capacity just in case. Along with having a variety of spaces on demand, the budget stays focused on the days that get used.

The human side benefits too: staff, clients, external collaborators and billing are all handled in one place, without the wear of maintaining a floor that almost nobody uses in full.

A better week makes the trip worthwhile

If the in-person meeting just replays a video call around a table, your team is right to stay home.

A meeting earns its place when it delivers something a screen can’t: a decision that gets closed, a client who leaves convinced, two people who finally reach agreement in ten minutes in front of a whiteboard, an afternoon of focus with nobody knocking on the door. That’s why people go to the office: to focus, for the team meeting that was already on the calendar, and to spend time with colleagues. The day together isn’t “being in the office” — it’s connection and collective work.

There’s something rarely said out loud: a long workday and a long commute don’t add up — they multiply. Bringing your people together somewhere close, ready to use, in a location that also handles food and errands, is part of taking care of them. Anzures is minutes from Polanco and Reforma, with a lot less scene noise and traffic chaos.

Location

In Anzures, minutes from Polanco and Reforma, FPX gives you a place to work, host a guest, or bring the team together in a setting that represents you well. We are steps from Circuito Bicentenario, less than 1 km from Ángel de la Independencia and the Polanco and Cuauhtémoc neighborhoods, with access routes from northern, central, and western Mexico City.

  • Metered parking (Mon–Fri 8–20 hrs) and hourly parking (third party, not FPX) 150 m away on Ejército Nacional and Gutenberg.
  • Ecobici stations 250 m (B. de la Concepción), 280 m (Río Guadalquivir), and 480 m (Goethe).
  • Metro stations Normal, Polanco, Insurgentes, and Chapultepec are within 1 km; Normal and Chapultepec have direct bus service.

And the in-person day doesn’t have to feel like a generic corporate floor. FPX has three environments in the same building: social on the ground floor, collaborative on the first, focus on the second. The Brugge Café and the rooftop terrace are there for breaks and downtime, and the Hasselt room is available whenever it’s time for a workshop or training session (Spanish page).

Team days and solo visits, on the same base

A team day might open in an office, move through a meeting in the Antwerp room, and close with everyone at their own desk working on their own thing. On another day, maybe just one person comes in to prep a presentation, take a long call, or simply work somewhere nobody interrupts them.

Both are part of the same week, and both are covered by TEN.

The infrastructure handles the invisible work: guaranteed redundant internet with guaranteed bandwidth, desks and booths with outlets, USB and a versatile base, lockers in several sizes, and screens, All-in-One units or hardware on request. Less logistics for you, more attention for the agenda that actually matters.

Frequently asked questions

Does TEN cover team days as well as solo visits?

TEN supports team days and solo visits from the same base, with a valid booking for the space and time you need.

Can I host clients?

Yes. You book a private office or a room based on how formal the meeting is and how many people are coming.

What happens if the team grows or someone starts coming more often?

Just add another user to the membership. The detail is in the table.

Do I need to commit to a fixed number of days?

You don’t have to lock in the same number of days every month. We design the routine that fits your week and adjust bookings whenever it changes. You can book one day a week, by the hour, or by the day, up to two months ahead.

How’s the internet for video calls?

Guaranteed and redundant. Every user has their own separate lane within the network, so your bandwidth never mixes with other users’ or with the café network.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, and one credit equals one peso. The amounts are in the table.

What do we need to sign up for the membership?

Official ID and proof of address for whoever signs. The contract is signed at registration with those documents.
