You called the meeting and everyone showed up. The first half hour went into deciding where to sit. Two calls ended up at the same table; the client arrived with nowhere serious to receive them; whoever needed quiet put headphones on. Everyone was there. The day didn’t move forward. At FPX each task has its space: focus on the second floor, collaboration on the first, one-on-ones in semi-private booths, the client in a meeting room or an office. Conditions
24/7 access. TEN members access the club 24/7 with a valid booking. A booking made at least 24 hours ahead guarantees the reserved space, requested hardware and agreed amenities are prepared; with shorter notice, the request is subject to availability and may limit preparation or services.
Registration. Signing up requires official ID and proof of address for whoever signs; the contract is signed at registration with those documents.
Booking window. TEN members can book up to two months ahead.
Credits. 1 credit equals $1 Mexican peso; prices plus VAT. TEN is the three-person membership with $10,000 in credits. At the end of each monthly cycle, 50% of any unused credits carry over to the next cycle. Adding an extra frequent user adds $3,000 and $3,000 in credits. Guest Day Pass. A member can use credits for a colleague's or community member's Day Pass. It's booked one day ahead through the app or WhatsApp, with the guest's name, email and phone; the guest presents ID on arrival. The guest's additional spend does not inherit the host member's discounts or other benefits.

A team's week doesn't fit into one type of space
When a team splits its week between remote and in-person days, it needs different kinds of space in that same week: focus and collaboration, not more fixed desks. Book day offices for team work or hosting; Antwerp or Hasselt for the meeting; desks and semi-private booths for solo work; phone booths for the call that shouldn't sit at the shared table. TEN members book up to two months ahead, by the hour or by the day, and plan the week before it starts.

Team days and solo visits, on the same base
A team day might open in an office, move through Antwerp, and close with everyone at their own desk. Another day, one person comes in to prep, take a long call, or work without interruption. Both are covered by TEN, with guaranteed redundant internet, desks and booths ready, lockers, and hardware on request.

Does TEN cover team days as well as solo visits?
TEN supports team days and solo visits from the same base, with a valid booking for the space and time you need.
Can I host clients?
Yes. You book a private office or a room based on how formal the meeting is and how many people are coming.
What happens if the team grows or someone starts coming more often?
Just add another user to the membership. The detail is in the table.
Do I need to commit to a fixed number of days?
You don't have to lock in the same number of days every month. We design the routine that fits your week and adjust bookings whenever it changes. You can book one day a week, by the hour, or by the day, up to two months ahead.
How's the internet for video calls?
Guaranteed and redundant. Every user has their own separate lane within the network, so your bandwidth never mixes with other users' or with the café network.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices before VAT. One credit equals one peso. The amounts are in the table.
What do we need to sign up for the membership?
