Flexible membership for your team. In Anzures.

Español · English

You founded your company. Now your team is growing, and there’s no way to project how many people you’ll be in six months. If you hire someone in November, where are they going to sit?

FPX Business Club is an on-demand professional space in Anzures. Flexible spaces. Private offices, meeting rooms, semi-private booths and desks in the same building, across three different environments, and you decide which ones fit your team’s pace. Your work moves. Your standard doesn’t drop.

Our TEN membership for teams grants access starting at three people and includes a flexible monthly credit pool. All our flexible memberships return 100% in credits and provide daily perks, like unlimited basic drinks and booking up to two months ahead, plus 50% off on space use. Add more members as your team grows.

Tell us about your team and we’ll put together a quote in under 24 hours, based on the days you’ll actually use.

The week nobody made progress, and everybody was busy

You already know that week.

Monday you tried to close the financial model at home and the delivery guy showed up twice. Tuesday your designer was running late because someone was drilling through a wall in her building. Wednesday you talked numbers with a client from a café while the table next to you came through loud and clear on the mic.

No single incident was serious. Together, they ate the whole week. And it’s not just you — every person on your team is working around their own interruptions, noise and mismatched tasks. You end up managing a collection of individual workarounds nobody actually chose.

A central base with different kinds of space breaks that pattern. At FPX, whoever needs to focus heads up to the focus floor or steps into a booth. Whoever needs to talk takes a private office. Whoever’s meeting the client books the room. Nobody has to fight a coworker for a desk to get their work done.

It’s not enough for the space to exist — it has to be ready when you need it

A catalog of rooms is no good if the one you need isn’t ready on the day of the meeting.

TEN members can book up to two months ahead, one day a week, single days, or by the hour, and plan the week before it arrives. Our offices are private spaces for team work or for hosting collaborators and clients; the rooms are for the meeting that calls for one; the booths handle the two-person conversation you don’t want happening at the shared table; the desks are for making progress on your own.

When you need more than “just a desk,” the booths give you a convenient corner to work in for long stretches: semi-private micro-offices, with wide desks, ergonomic seating, acoustic treatment and room for 2 to 4 people. There are also four individual phone booths. They’re the place you step into when the conversation matters.

And the three environments are built for exactly that: social on the ground floor, collaborative on the first floor, focus on the second, which is the quietest. You change floors when the task changes.

You walk into Antwerp already prepared

When a client arrives, the meeting starts before the first exchange. It starts in the place where you receive them. The space is also the image your company projects to collaborators and clients.

Antwerp is the formal boardroom. The value isn’t in owning it — it’s walking in with your team already aligned, the materials reviewed and the conversation rehearsed, in a room that doesn’t need explaining to anyone. And you don’t have to pay for it thirty days a month to have it the day you need it.

If the meeting calls for something else, we have other options. We have offices for a conversation or for working out an idea on a whiteboard. Hasselt Flex for larger groups, or for hosting an audience. There are mobile whiteboards and screens for when the work moves from one room to another. The boardroom table isn’t the only way to meet in person, and forcing everything into that format is why so many meetings feel like too much.

Gensler’s Global Workplace Survey 2025 shows that 42% identify scheduled team meetings as an important in-person mode, but two- or three-person conversations (40%) matter almost as much. One single format doesn’t cover a working week.

From a practical angle, your team can carry less: guaranteed redundant internet at your membership’s bandwidth, desks and booths with outlets, USB and a versatile base, lockers in several sizes, and screens, All-in-One units and more hardware on request. Less to carry with you, fewer minutes setting up, more convenience and more time actually working.

Founding is a lonely job, even with a team

You have people, and even so, not every decision is best worked out only inside the team. Sometimes you need contrast: someone with experience in a similar problem, a perspective from outside your internal dynamic, or a question you and your team stopped asking a while ago.

You don’t have to lay out your whole strategy to a stranger. In a curated community you can run into people with different knowledge, relevant experience or fresh ideas. That can turn into a good conversation, a friendship, a collaboration, or simply another way of looking at the problem.

FPX is built for those crossings: the Brugge Café and the rooftop terrace are there for the everyday breaks; the collaborative area makes room for an unplanned conversation; and Club VIP recognizes whoever organizes and connects people.

The day at the club has to be worth the trip

If you’re going to move your team, the day has to produce something that doesn’t happen the same way on a screen: a decision closed, a session with every document at hand, two teams talking without an agenda, a client handled in the right setting.

The most common reasons for making the effort to come in aren’t just one thing: focusing on work, having the team meeting already on the calendar, and spending time with colleagues. The trip is worth it when the day covers more than one of those.

Anzures helps that math. You’re minutes from Polanco and Reforma, with food and services around you, and much less scene noise and traffic chaos. The day isn’t just the hours inside a room — it’s a full workday you can get through without crossing the city twice.

Location

In Anzures, minutes from Polanco and Reforma, FPX gives you a place to work, host a guest, or bring the team together in a setting that represents you well. We are steps from Circuito Bicentenario, less than 1 km from Ángel de la Independencia and the Polanco and Cuauhtémoc neighborhoods, with access routes from northern, central, and western Mexico City.

  • Metered parking (Mon–Fri 8–20 hrs) and hourly parking (third party, not FPX) 150 m away on Ejército Nacional and Gutenberg.
  • Ecobici stations 250 m (B. de la Concepción), 280 m (Río Guadalquivir), and 480 m (Goethe).
  • Metro stations Normal, Polanco, Insurgentes, and Chapultepec are within 1 km; Normal and Chapultepec have direct bus service.

Questions founders usually ask

Can we have the same day every week?

Yes. We build a weekly routine with you and you book that day’s space. You can also use the base for one-off sessions, client visits or solo work days. TEN members can book up to two months ahead.

What happens when I hire someone else?

You add a frequent user to the membership. The detail is in the table.

Can I host clients here?

From our Antwerp room for serious conversations, to offices for private ones, to our café for something more casual. Choose the space based on the kind of conversation and how formal you want it to feel.

Is TEN a smaller version of another plan?

No. TEN is the team membership. THREE and FIVE are individual options — if you work for yourself, those are the ones for you.

Does the price already include VAT?

Yes. The published prices include VAT, and one credit equals one peso.

How fast is the internet?

Guaranteed and redundant. Every user has their own separate lane within the network, so your bandwidth never mixes with other users’ or with the café network.

What do we need to sign up for the membership?

Official ID and proof of address for whoever signs. The contract is signed at registration with those documents.
