Most of our spaces can be reserved by the hour or by the day at competitive public rates, but our memberships grant exclusive benefits including continuous, convenient use of all spaces, with discounts of up to 50%. Either way, at FPX you find the ideal setting to create, connect, and grow.

Pricing and booking conditions

• Prices valid as of September 1, 2026, and subject to change according to market conditions. All amounts are shown in MXN and include IVA in accordance with applicable law. One credit equals $1 MXN.
• Rates for each space reflect the selected capacity and layout, and include access for the people stated under "capacity" for the duration of the booking, with a check-in and check-out window of +/- 15 minutes; remaining in the space past this time may automatically extend the booking, charging the corresponding cost to the payment method.
• The "1 day/wk" price is a recurring monthly charge for full-day use of the space on one fixed day each week, for example every Tuesday. If recurring cycles are cancelled, the terms in the "Cancellations" bullet apply, and the discounts applicable to that specific cycle are reversed.
• Discounts: THREE membership prices include a 30% discount; FIVE/TEN include a 50% discount, applicable to hourly, daily, and one-day-a-week bookings, including members' own Day Passes and guest Day Passes.
• Day Pass: The daily cost with a THREE membership is $245, with FIVE/TEN $175, and for the general public $350. A fixed day each week is $833, $595, and $1,190 respectively.
• Rollover: A percentage of unused credits in a monthly cycle automatically carries to the next cycle according to membership level: 30% on THREE and 50% on FIVE and TEN.
• Cancellations: Every cancellation confirmed more than 24 hours in advance is subject to a refund; cancellations confirmed less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 100% charge.
• Minimum term: Any recurring membership contract or change (THREE, FIVE, TEN) has a minimum term of 3 months. To cancel after this term, a written request must be submitted at least 5 days before the billing cycle ends to avoid a charge; if cancelled before the term ends, 100% of outstanding charges apply.
• Access: For members with a valid booking, FPX welcomes you 24/7. Bookings made during business days and hours with at least 24 hours' notice guarantee the space, hardware, and agreed services for that booking. Bookings made outside business hours or with less notice are subject to availability and may limit availability or services.
• Terrace availability is limited until 10:00 p.m.
