You don’t need an office with a lease. You need today to work. The hotel wifi is dropping again, right in the middle of a team call. You picked the Airbnb with the good desk, but the coffee leaves something to be desired and the isolation is starting to close in. Your favorite café will let you keep a table as long as you want, but you never last more than two hours.
FPX Business Club is an on-demand professional space in Anzures. Flexible spaces. Desks, semi-private booths and private offices across three environments. Minutes from Polanco and Reforma, with less of the scene noise and less traffic chaos.
A Day Pass gives you a desk and reliable work internet for today.
FPX welcomes you as a trusted regular stop in Mexico City, even on a short stay.
If your stay becomes a rhythm, ZERO gives you a base with added member benefits. And if you’re already coming back here every week between cities, THREE or FIVE turn this base into your membership, without asking you to stop moving when it’s time to move.

When home never stops being home
Sometimes you don’t go out, not because you lack discipline. You lack a place worth going to.
Home stays home: family, pets, errands to run, the fridge nearby, the same room all day. It doesn’t matter if you’re working at the dining table, in a home office you already set up, or at the hotel or Airbnb desk: all three are missing the same thing. Getting out, even just a block. A dedicated space. A chair, a desk, and internet that isn’t competing with the rest of the house. People around who came here to do the same thing you did.
A separate place, one you arrive at and leave, gives the day a beginning and an end. When you walk out, you can leave work behind and actually switch off.
Zero Pack or Day Pass?
The Day Pass is for a single day: access during business days and hours, you leave an ID and you’re set. You get access to any desk in the common area or the focus floor, with 50 Mbps internet. If you want more room or more privacy, you book a booth or an office.
People who know the space tend to come back, and the Zero Pack makes coming back worth more.

Conditions
ZERO: registration and access. One-time purchase of MXN $1,400 +VAT; includes 4 desk days and MXN $500 in credits, valid for 1 year. Bring ID and proof of address; registration and membership access are confirmed when you arrive. ZERO members get 15% off bookings.
Booking window. ZERO: up to two weeks ahead. THREE and above extend the window; TEN reaches up to two months.
Day Pass. Access during business days and hours; show an ID when you arrive.
NUL: ZeroPack20 coupon. Coupon ZeroPack20 is 20% off NUL ($1,400 +VAT → $1,120 +VAT, charged $1,299.20). It is not a Day Pass coupon. NUL members get 15% off bookings, including extra Day Passes ($255 +VAT, charged $295.80).
Networks and internet. The Day Pass includes a guaranteed 50 Mbps work network. Memberships include higher capacity (100 or 200 Mbps depending on plan). Each user has their own separate lane within the network; the complimentary wifi for the café and for events is a separate network, slower (10 Mbps) and meant for guests. FPX runs redundant links and access points for low latency with many people connected at once.
Recurring credits (THREE, FIVE, TEN). At the end of each monthly cycle, a percentage of unused remaining credits carries to the next cycle: THREE, 30%; FIVE and TEN, 50%.
The Zero Pack’s credits cover a day in a booth (2 people), a few hours in an office or meeting room, or almost two more Day Passes. THREE, FIVE and TEN add more benefits and a longer booking window with more priority: TEN reaches up to two months ahead.
Choose your plan based on how much you’ll use it
The best plan depends on the rhythm you’ll actually use, not on a label.
| Your rhythm | Best-fit plan | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| A single day | Day Pass | You solve the day, no monthly fee or membership contract. |
| An occasional base you want to return to | ZERO | Passes, credits, 15% off bookings and member benefits, with no recurring monthly payment. |
| You come every week or already spend at least MXN $3,000/month | THREE | Your MXN $3,000 comes back as credits, with more perks, discounts and booking priority. |
| Your use is growing and you’re booking more often | FIVE | For a modest step up from THREE you get more perks and better discounts; the table shows the exact detail. |
| You need a shared flexible base for three people | TEN | FIVE-level perks on a shared flexible base for three users. |
It's for whoever is passing through, whoever has already settled in, and whoever comes and goes
Nomads and executives who visit Mexico City often stay several weeks or a few months, and many come back regularly. During each stay they still look for a place, an environment, and people to cross paths with.
Some stay longer than planned or return every few months; others already live in Mexico City and prefer that rhythm with other nomads and expats. Some come for work a few days every two weeks or every month: they want FPX to feel like their place while they're here. The restored house shows as soon as you walk in: original wood floors and warm light, far from a generic office floor.
FPX welcomes nomads and agile professionals. A curated community, with no promise of a tribe: people who understand that work moves with them. A place to stay a while and run into others, in a hello, a workshop or a networking night.

The internet here isn't the café's
The Day Pass includes a guaranteed 50 Mbps work network; memberships include higher capacity and other benefits. See Conditions for networks and tiers. Get your Day Pass online or on WhatsApp.
